XPS facilities
The LSM XPS facilities offer state-of-the art in-house electron spectroscopic methods (XPS, AR-XPS, sputter depth profile, UPS, REELS, LEIS) for surface analysis. Additionally, in-situ sample preparation is available, with heating, cooling, and the possibility of integrating gas lines and evaporators. Two systems are available: a Thermo K-Alpha and a Thermo ESCALAB 250xi.
