Thermo K-Alpha
The Thermo K-Alpha instrument is a user-friendly instrument containing state-of-the art electron spectroscopy techniques.

Available measurements are: XPS, AR-XPS, Sputter Depth Profile, Chemical Mapping (30 μm resolution), with turn-key charge neutralization and a monochromatized Al-Kα x-ray source.
​
The large sample holders allow for high throughput.
A vacuum transfer module is available to move sensitive samples from a controlled environment (such as a glove box) to the high vacuum environment of the K-alpha instrument, without air-exposure.
