The UltraSTEM at Rutgers is equipped with Nion’s C3/C5 spherical aberration corrector and HERMES monochromator. The microscope is able to achieve both high spatial and energy resolutions for imaging and spectroscopy work. In addition, the Fusion heating stage from Protochip allows in-situ temperature dependent studies.
